Our extensive range of products combine functionality with cutting edge designs and state-of-the art finishes. Imported machinery guarantees leading edge technology and quality finishes. We are able to bring the best of the world to our customers, making us one of the most widely used and trusted brands in the industry today.

Our cabinet doors are backed by a 2 year Industry Leading Warranty on all workmanship and manufacturing defects. An environmentally friendly and efficient 10,000m² factory is located in the Brits District, Johannesburg. 3D Thermo Pressed Door
The high Pressure hallmark of quality means:
- 200bar + 3d thermo pressed door.
- Doors are sprayed with Imported adhesive to give you 120°C heat resistance.
- Sharper pattern detail.
High Pressure Technical Specs
- Deep router board utilised.
- Foils are between 350 & 500 micron thickness depending on colour.
- Wood grain matching.
- Glass frames available for all colours.
- Matching Lattice doors for all colours.
- Double Face board in any colour.
- Standard mouldings availble for Light Shields and Scotia’s.
- Maxiumum size of door/panel that is able to be pressed is 2700mm x 1220mm.
- All doors/panels are proccesed by means of CNC machining that ensures 100% squareness and consistancy in profile depth.
Advantages of 3D Thermo Pressed Doors
- Doors will compliment any decor, style and taste.
- 3D thermo pressed door are exceptionally durable and wear well in the domestic market.
- Colours are more consistant than veneer and sprayed doors.
- Standard and non-standard sizes available.
- Low maintenance, easy to clean. Wipe down with a damp cloth and non abrasive liquid soap.
Lattice & Glass Doors
- Ideal for: Bars, built-in cupboards, entertainment units, laundry cupboards, vegetable cupboards.
- Colours available in wrap colours only (Check swatch for match).
- Single face and double face colour lattice available on request.
- Variety of door sizes available up to 2300mm x 600mm.
- The outer Glass door frame minimum 50 mm to accommodate hinge.
- Glass door can be rebated as an option.
- The lattice is rebated by 6mm into the back of the frame.
Available Colours
Cut & Edge
Melamine Faced Chipboard (M.F.C) edging thickness between 1mm and 2mm, P.V.C or A.B.S edging which offers impact resistance.
- M.F.C is available in plain colours and realistic wood grain finishes.
- Melamine surface finishes: Peen, Alpine and textured. (Matt and Gloss on a m.d.f substrate).
- Maximum size panel that can be processed is 2,750mm long x 1830mm wide.
- Melamine faced chipboard has good scratch resistance qualities.
- Special sizes can be manufactured on request.
- Glass frame doors available.
- Matt & Highgloss Board is only available on MDF (Supawood).
- Low maintenance, easy to clean.
Laminated Boards
Full sheets of 2700mm x 1220mm boards can be supplied for exposed sides, fascias, back panels and fillers – (Single or Double Face).
