Devin Cabinet Doors was established in 1990 - a specialist in creating quality kitchen and cabinet doors. Our extensive range of products combine functionality with cutting edge designs and state-of-the art finishes. Imported machinery guarantees leading edge technology and quality finishes. We are able to bring the best of the world to our customers, making us one of the most widely used and trusted brands in the industry today.

A wide selection of appealing designs, in an array of finishes, makes our products an excellent choice for kitchens, bathrooms, built in cupboards, caravans, office furniture, shop fittings, bars and entertainment units. Our cabinet doors are backed by a five-year warranty on all workmanship and manufacturing defects. Our own in-house product development continues to introduce trend setting products giving our clients choice and flexibility to create their own unique spaces.

An environmentally friendly and efficient 10,000m² factory is located in Chamdor, Johannesburg where we employ over 100 employees. Our owner-managed operation is complemented by a network of certified suppliers and partners enabling us to set industry standards.

High Pressure Wrap Doors

High pressure doors are ideal for a wide range of applications such as kitchens, bathrooms, built in cupboards, caravans, furniture, shop fittings, bars and entertainment units.

Impact Doors

Melamine Faced Chipboard (M.F.C) is edged with a 2mm thickness P.V.C or A.B.S edging which offers high impact resistance.

M.F.C is available in plain colours and realistic wood grain finishes.
Melamine Surface finishes: Peen, Alpine and Textured.
Maximum size panel that can be processed is 2,750mm long x 1,830mm wide.
Melamine faced chipboard has good scratch resistance quality's.
Special sizes can be manufactured on request.
Glass frame doors available.
Low maintenance, easy to clean. Wipe down with a damp cloth and non-abrasive liquid soap.

Lattice Doors

Ideal for: bars, built-in-cupboards, entertainment units, laundry cupboards, vegetable cupboards.
Colours available in wrap colours only (check swatch for match).
Single face and double face colour lattice available on request.
Variety of door sizes available up to 2,300mm x 600mm.
The outer door frame is 70mm wide.
The Lattice is rebated by 6mm into the back of the frame.

Postform Doors

Doors are radiused on vertical sides and edged top and bottom.
This range is only available in standard widths, namely: 296mm, 317mm, 396mm, 446mm, 496mm, 546mm and 596mm
The face is laminated with 180 micron thick foil.
The back is laminated with 100 micron thick white foil.
Available in seven colours.
Durable product suitable for larger projects and contracts.
Two edging thickness options are available to finish off the top and bottom of the door .4mm and 2mm.

Aluminium Framed Glass Doors

Aluminium framed glass doors, flap doors and drawer fronts are available.
The glass is placed in a plastic seal to prevent movement of the glass in the frame.

Clear
Clear with a 20mm sandblasted border
Fully sandblasted with clear shield.

Laminated Boards (For exposed coloured cabinet panels)

Full sheets of 2,750mm x 1,220mm and half sheets of 2,750mm x 610mm boards can be supplied for exposed sides, fascias, back panels and fillers.
A cut and edge service is also offered for laminated cut panels.
Reasonable matching edgings are also available (.4mm and 2mm thick) for all the wrap colours (check swatch for match).

Devin thinks GREEN

All foil off-cuts are recycled, into protective corners for the transportation of our cabinet doors and used in the production of sewer pipes.
Devin Cabinet Doors is respectful of the environment by optimising the use of materials and resources through daily recycling.
All wood waste is processed through a chipper on site.
